Publisher Services

Fulfillment Services are structured to meet your needs as you choose the services provided.

Base Fulfillment Services provided with standard per-unit fulfillment fee:

• Pick & Pack Processing
• All packaging materials (including plain cartons)
• Paper and printing of packing slips (publisher name printed)
• Shipping labels (publisher as return addressee)
• Programming to set up electronic transfer of shipping files
   

Additional fulfillment options:

• Stickering (includes setup and stickers)
• Polybagging (includes bags)
• Packing of displays
• Warehouse storage (per pallet) for any item that will remain in inventory for longer than one week
   

Most inserts such as catalogs, flyers, brochures, advertisement pieces, etc. will be picked and packed at the standard per-unit fulfillment fee. All forms and materials that can be printed at our manifest stations will be included as part of the standard pick-and-pack process at no additional charge.

Shipping and Returns Handling
Your shipping rate will be determined as a percentage discount from the published UPS rate chart. Any Canadian or other foreign shipments will be charged at competitive rates.
